The expenditure shall be debatable to Demand No. 15-288-Social Security and Welfare-E-Other Special Security and Welfare Programmes-a-Pension under Social Security Scheme - Pension to Indigent Artists (Voted). The Director, Cultural Affairs will be the Drawing and Disbursing Officer. The Secretary of the Department shall be the Drawing and Disbursing Officer. The Secretary of the Department shall be the Controlling Officer.
