Section 4(2)(vii) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959

(vii)The competent authority may, in addition to the foregoing terms and conditions, determine and specify in the licence such other terms and conditions in individual cases as it may deem necessary.
