A reference No. F.-24/ID/39/16/NWD/257/16/Lab/5740-43 dt. 17.11.2016 was received u/s 10 (1) (c) and 12 (5) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, (in short the 'Act') from appropriate Government for adjudication and disposal of industrial dispute between the aforesaid workman and the managements by formulating the following terms of reference:-

"Whether the services Sh. Ravinder Yadav S/o Sh. Yogender Prasad Yadav have been terminated illegally and/or unjustifiably by the management; and if so, to what relief is he entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"

2. Both the parties have amicably settled the present case in terms of Ex C1. AR for the workman submits that workman has settled the present dispute full and finally with the management. He prayed that present dispute may kindly be disposed of as settled.

3. Keeping in view the statements made by the AR for the workman and proprietor for Management, it is clear that workman has settled his dispute with the management and now he does not wish to proceed further and as such nothing is left to be adjudicated in the present matter. Accordingly, the claim filed by the workman is disposed of as settled, as prayed for by the AR for the workman, and a settlement award is passed in the matter. Workman's claim is disposed of accordingly.

4. A copy of the award be sent to the appropriate Government for its publication as per rules.
