22. Appeal to the Board from the decision of the Registrar.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any decision of the Registrar regarding the registration of any person or the making of any entry in the register may within ninety days of the publication of the names under Sub-section (5) of Section 21, appeal to the Board.(2)Such appeal shall be heard and decided by the Board in the prescribed manner.(3)The Board may, of its own motion, or on application by any person, after due and proper inquiries and after giving an opportunity to the person concerned of being heard, cancel or alter any entry in the register, if, in the opinion of the Board, such entry was fraudulently or incorrectly made.
