Section 13(2)(a) in The Petroleum and Natural Gas Rules, 1959

(a)shall pay [to the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be] [ Substituted by G.S.R. 371, dated 9.3.1966.] for every year a fixed yearly dead rent at the following rates:
