29. Meeting of the Corporation Sports Council the Municipal Sports Council etc.
(1)Every Corporation Sports Council, Municipal Sports Council, Town Sports Council, Block Sports Council and Village Sports Council shall meet at least twice in a year.(2)One third of the total number of its members shall be the quorum for a meeting.
