Section 16(16) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Recovery of Expenditure for Providing New Connections) Regulation 2005
16.1- Cost estimates/quotations to be supplied to the initial applicant(s)/intending consumer(s) by the distribution Licensee under the applicable Regulations, shall contain all the necessary details and break-ups so as to make the total expenditure fully intelligible to the initial applicant(s)/intending consumer(s).
