Section 3(20)(ii) in The Rajasthan Veterinary Council Rules, 1988

(ii)In case of any dispute regarding the election, which may be lodged with the Returning Officer within fifteen days of declaration of the results of that election, it shall be referred to the Government of Rajasthan for its decision, under section 37 of the Act, which shall be final.
