Section 72 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
72. Delegation.-
In any local area subject to the authority of a Panchayat Samiti, the Government may, by notification, also delegate to the Panchayat Samiti, subject to such conditions as may be specified in the notification, its powers under section 70 or section 71.
