Section 235(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(2)Any permission granted under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1) shall be terminable at the dissertation of the Commissioner on his giving not less than twenty-four hours notice of such termination to the person to whom such permission was granted.
