Section 172 in Rules Under the Land and Revenue Regulation
172. Fees payable for notice.
- The fees or other cost in respect of service of notices or publication of proclamations under section 99 or 116 of the Land and Revenue Regulation shall be paid either with the application or within such time as may be allowed by the Deputy Commissioner or Subdivisional Officer, failing which the application will be rejected.
