Section 7(iv) in Rules under the Bihar and Orissa Places of Pilgrimage Act, 1920
(iv)cause all wells attached to the licensed house to be thoroughly cleansed once a year and, except in the case of covered wells fitted with pump shall have all wells disinfected at such times and in such manner as the Magistrate shall prescribe;
