Section 10 in The Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017
10. Appointment of officers and employees.
- The Council may, appoint such officers and employees, as it may consider necessary for carrying out the provisions of this Act, on such terms and conditions of service, as may be prescribed.
