114. Disposal of surplus Assets.
- The surplus assets, if any, shown by the liquidator of a co-operative which is wound up:(a)may be utilized by the Registrar for purposes specified n its bye-laws;(b)if the bye-laws do not specify the said purpose, the surplus may be divided by Registrar amongst its members in such manner as he prescribed.
