107. Scale of tolls, etc. to be published after approval by Central Government.- (1) Such scales of tolls, dues, rates and charges shall be adopted by the Commissioners in meeting, and shall be submitted to the 3[Central Government]; and after receiving its approval shall be published by the Commissioners in the 4[Official Gazette], and may from time to time, subject to the like approval and publication, be in like manner altered,
