Section 21 in The United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939

. - There shall be, for the purposes of this Act, tire following classes of tenants, namely ;

(a)permanent tenure-holders,

(b)fixed-rate tenants,

(c)tenants holding on special terms in Oudh,

(d)ex-proprietary tenants,

(e)occupancy tenants,

(f)hereditary tenants,

(g)non-occupancy tenants.
