Section 264(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Secretary of Board may, without reference to the Board, sanction expenditure and contingencies, supplies and services and purchase of articles, refund for administering the fund subject to limits upto which he may be authorised to sanction expenditure on any single item from time to time by Board.
