(1)A fund of not less than two hundred lakhs rupees called the Agriculturist Rehabilitation Fund and another fund of nor less than one hundred lakhs rupees called the Kudikidappukars Benefit Fund may be constituted by the Government to be administered by the Revenue Department in such manner as may he prescribed.
