The stay application have been filed by the assessee for extension of the stay already granted against the outstanding demand.

2. We have heard the Learned Representatives of both the parties and perused the record.
3. In this case, stay against the outstanding demand was extended lastly vide Order dated 05.04.2018. There is no delay attributable to the assessee in disposal of the appeal. We, therefore, extend the stay against the outstanding demand for a period of six months or disposal of the appeal, whichever expires earlier, subject to the same terms. Stay Application allowed. Copy of the Order be provided to both the parties.
4. In the result, stay application of the assessee is allowed.
