Section 13(2) in The Gujarat Diseases of Animals (Control) Act, 1963
(2)The [State Government] [Substituted for 'Commissioner' by Gujarat No. 15 of 1964, dated 2nd May, 1964.] on receipt of the report from the prescribed authority may-(a)confirm the declaration under sub-section (1) or (3) of section II or sub-section (1) of section 12 either with or without modification; or(b)cancel any such declaration.
