No one appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

From perusal of order dated 31-07-2014, it would appear that when this matter was taken up on the above-said date, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and, therefore, it appears that the petitioner has already lost his interest in pursuing this matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for default.
