(6)The unoccupied land on which any tree planting permit or tree patta has been given prior to the commencement of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2018 may be used for any public purpose by the order of the Collector. If any interest of the holder of such tree planting permit or tree patta is adversely affected due to such use, the holder shall be entitled for such compensation which shall be calculated in such manner as may be prescribed.] [Substituted by M.P.
