(5)The Special Juvenile Police Unit may associate recognized voluntary organizations, Gram Sabha, Panchayat or Child Line to assist the Unit under the guidance of the Special Juvenile Police Officer in a manner which may help him/her in the care and protection of children, including social investigation, counselling, care, restoration and rehabilitation.
