(4)The Deputy Inspector General will be the Controlling Officer for all the above mentioned purposes in regard to the following:-(i)Commandant and,(ii)Medical Supdt. And Staff Surgeon of the Hospital.By virtue of 1959 delegation vide MHA's No. 39/49/59-AC.I, dated 28.9.59 IGP's No. 5300-1E/19(34) dated 20.10.1959.
