Section 25(2) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998
(2)The Secretary and other officers and employees of the Authority shall be entitled to receive from the funds of the Authority such salaries and such allowances, if any, and shall be governed by such conditions of services as may be determined by regulations made in this behalf.
