1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Judgment Debtor, on instructions, submits that the Judgment Debtor is engaged in settlement discussions with the Committee of Creditors.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Liquidator appointed by the learned National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Dr. Amit George, refutes the aforesaid submission and submits that, in any event, there can be no question of the Judgment Debtor having separate settlement discussions with the Committee of Creditors once This is a digitally signed order.

5. In the meantime, learned counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtor is directed to file an affidavit placing on record complete details of the alleged settlement discussions, including the names and particulars of the persons with whom such negotiations are stated to be ongoing.
6. A photocopy of the order passed today be placed in the connected matters.
