411. Duty of filling up registers and inspection of registers.
- The court official appointed for the purpose by the Presiding Officer of each court shall daily enter the particulars of the day's cases in the proper registers and, at least once a month in the first week, shall lay these registers before the Presiding Judge, who will inspect and sign his name and put the date under the entries of the previous month. District Judge, Civil Judges and Munsifs should also inspect and sign Munsarims, and Nazir's registers.
