Section 85(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018

(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf:Provided that all electors present at the polling station before it is closed shall be allowed to cast their votes.
