Section 29(5) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013

(5)TheVice – Chancellor shall hold office for a term of 5 years and shall be eligiblefor re –appointment for one more term:Provided that a Vice – Chancellor appointed under this section shall cease to hold office onhis completing the age of sixty five years.
