Section 39(2) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(2)An enquiry under sub-section (1) shall be held on the application supported by an affidavit of-(a)a majority of the members of the Governing body of the Society; or(b)not less than one-third of the total number of members of the Society.
