Section 20(3)(i) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961

(i)A Committee shall in the case of any other officer or servant of the Board whom it employs, pay such pension and other contribution, gratuity and allowances as may be required by the conditions of his service under the Board.
