India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the

respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 25.10.2020 within a
stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, consequently, to direct the 3rd
respondent to measure and survey the petitioner property and to issue
separate Patta in the name of petitioner after effected sub-division in joint
patta No.743 in S.No.5/3D measuring about to an extent of 33 cents situated
at Chengalnatham Madura Ramapuram Village, Sholinghur Taluk,
Ranipettai District.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 07.01.2021 directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2020 within a period of eight weeks and post the matter for reporting compliance.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, the 3 rd 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ W.P. No.125 of 2021 respondent has disposed the representation and passed the order, however, the order was not passed in his favour.
3. Considering the fact that the order has been complied with and the respondent has also disposed of the representation of the petitioner. If at all, the petitioner has any grievance in the order passed by the 3rd respondent, he can challenge the same before the appropriate authority if he so advised.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
