Section 24J(3) in The University of Rajputana (Second Amendment) Act, 1950
(3)Subject to approval by the Syndicate, the Board may make rules for the approval, recognition and affiliation of institutions school and colleges, provided that such rules relating to high schools shall not be made until the Board of High School Education has first been consulted.
