Section 16(5) in Rajasthan Rehabilitation of Beggars or Indigents Act, 2012
(5)No act or proceeding of the State Advisory Board shall be invalid merely by reason of the existence of any vacancy therein or any defect in the constitution thereof or any irregularity in the procedure of the State Advisory Board not affecting the merits of the case.
