Section 13(1) in The U.P. High Speed Diesel Oil and Light Diesel Oil (Maintenance of Supplies and Distribution) Order, 1981
(1)A person operating a vehicle in connection with inter-State transport of goods through the State of Uttar Pradesh may obtain High Speed Diesel Oil not exceeding twenty-five litres from a dealer on the production of documents authorising the plying of such vehicle, in or through Uttar Pradesh for the aforesaid purpose.
