Section 14(1) in The Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007
(1)The superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of the list of voters for the purpose of conducting election to the Marketing Board shall vest with the Marketing Board and for the purpose of preparing the list of voters and conduct of election, the Marketing Board shall constitute necessary election fund.
