ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent authority.
2. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" by declaring the action of the Official Respondent Nos.1 to 5 more particularly the Respondent No.2 in not considering the Objections dt.10-01-2020 and earlier Objection dt. 27-12-2019 under Section 22 of HMDA Act 2008 filed by the Petitioner calling to revoke the Draft and approved Layout Permission granted in favour of the Respondent No.6 vide Permit No.000128/LO/PLg/HMDA/2018 dt.30-06-2018 in File No. 011514/SKP/LT/U6/HMDA/09052018 under Section 22 of the HMDA Act 2008, since it was obtained by way of fraud and misrepresentation, besides the Petitioner has even obtained status quo orders dt.30-12-2019 against the Unofficial Respondent Nos.6 to 10 in I.A.No.2747 of 2019 in O.S.No.763 of 2019 in the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, as arbitrary, ex-facie illegal, highhanded, dereliction of duty and capricious by giving colourable exercise to their statutory powers and also violation of principles of natural justice and consequently may direct the Respondent No.2 to consider the Objections dt.10-01-2020 and also earlier Objection dt.27-12-2019 submitted by the Petitioner under Section 22 of HMDA Act 2008 for revocation of the said Layout which was obtained by way of fraud and misrepresentation by the Unofficial Respondent No.6 in the interest of justice and may pass such other Order or Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.'
3. Learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent authority informs the Court that the objections as well as the representations dated 27.12.2019 and 10.01.2020 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent authority to dispose of the objections as well as the representations dated 27.12.2019 and 10.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. However, the second respondent authority is at liberty to issue notice to the petitioner, if required. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
