Section 132(4) in The Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017
(4)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, Svt. 1989(1933 A.D.) [XXIII of 1989], all offences under this Act, except the offences referred to in sub-section (5) shall be non-cognizable and bailable.
