1. The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ of certiorari for setting aside cancellation Letter No. 61/4365/TE-2021 (E-9120048) dated 7th July, 2022 and notice under sub-section (2) & (3) of Section 3B of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants Act), 1971, in File No. EC/13/AD/LIT/2022/5A dated 12th July 2022 issued by the respondent Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:GAURAV SHARMA Signing Date:19.07.2022 17:40:57 no. 2.

2. During the arguments, it is informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that similar matters are pending before the Bench of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner also referred to three orders which are appended as Annexure P-9, P-10 and P-11 and prayed that the instant petition may also be listed before the Bench of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

3. This Court has perused the orders dated 6th August, 2021, 13th September, 2021 and 25th March, 2022 passed by the Bench of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

4. In view of the foregoing contentions, the Registry is directed to list the instant matter before appropriate Bench subject to the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, on 20th July, 2022 as prayed.
