Section 82(1) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015
(1)whenever any person raises or causes to be raised without any lawful authority, any mineral from any land and for that purpose, uses any tool, equipment or any other thing shall be liable to be seized by an official or authority especially empowered in this behalf by the Government under subsection (4) of the section 21 of the Act.
