Section 79(1) in State Bank of India General Regulations, 1955
(1)If a director or a member of the Local Board or Local Committee becomes subject to any of the disqualifications set out in section 22 of the Act, he shall forthwith notify the fact as well as the date from which the disqualification became applicable to him, to the chairman.
