Section 12 in The Bihar Molasses (Control) Act, 1947
12. Protection of action under the Act.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is done in a good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.(2)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act.
