Section 7 in The Delhi Urban Art Commission Act, 1973
7. Vacancies amongst members or defect in constitution not to invalidate acts or proceedings of the Commission.-
No act or proceeding of the Commission shall be deemed to be invaild by reason merely of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Commission.
