6. Appropriation and Budget provision of the Fund.
- 1. The enhanced amount of Electricity Duty and Stamps Duty deposited in the Consolidated Fund of the State, shall be appropriated from the Consolidated Fund of the State in accordance with law enacted by the State Legislature.
