Section 10(1) in The M.P. Housing Board Regulations, 1977
(1)Appointment of committees. - The Board may appoint committees consisting of following class of persons :-(i)Members of the Board.(ii)Other persons whose assistance or advice the Board may consider necessary and desirable.
