Section 15 in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
15. The Estate Officer.
- The Estate Officer shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Board and shall be responsible for the custody, maintenance and management of all the buildings, lawns, and gardens and the other property of the University.
