Section 19 in Rajasthan Lakes (Protection and Development) Authority Act, 2015
19. Power of the Authority to enter into agreement.
- The Authority may, for the purposes of implementing any plan, project or scheme under this Act, enter into agreement with any person or entity on such terms and conditions as it may determine with the approval of the State Government.
