Section 2(1)(xiii) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008

(xiii)'Voter' means a person entitled under these Rules to vote for the election of a Delegate/Delegates, the members of the managing Committee and the Office-bearers thereof and whose name occurs in the final voter list;
