Learned counsel for the parties informed this Court that the prayer sought in the writ petitions do not require adjudication on merits and in view of notification dated 08.01.2022, the present writ petitions have become infructuous.
This Court accordingly, dismiss the present writ petitions as having become infructuous in view of the notification dated 08.01.2022.
