(c)All Government employees including teachers, Librarians and nonteaching staff who have been employed in the College or, are liable to be posted to the College shall be given opportunity to exercise their option for being considered for selection in University services in a phased manner as may be decided by the State Government by issue of suitable orders or notifications from time to time :
